Truthfully, we cannot make that judgement without speaking to you, hearing about your situation/expectations, and/or seeing your house. Everyones situation is different and will require a solution unique to their situation. What we can tell you is that we don’t look for beautiful houses asking for top dollar, that’s when we will probably recommend working with a local Realtor, if that is what you're going after.
