Absolutely not! Submitting your information and receiving an offer from us is all FREE. We just want to be another option for home sellers if the traditional home selling route is not ideal. 

2. How much do you pay for homes?

The offer price for a property depends on various factors such as its location, condition, and market value. We aim to make fair and competitive offers, and our goal is to create a win-win solution for both parties. Insuring you walk away with an offer that you feel good about!

It’s your choice! This isn’t a ‘traditional’ home sale; so no need to wait for loans to be approved nor for appraisals to be done, etc. Everybody’s needs and situations are different that’s why we work around the your timeline/convenience, it could be as quick as 2 weeks or as long as a couple months. Always will be your on your timeline! Our process is designed to be efficient and hassle-free for the seller.

Truthfully, we cannot make that judgement without speaking to you, hearing about your situation/expectations, and/or seeing your house. Everyones situation is different and will require a solution unique to their situation. What we can tell you is that we don’t look for beautiful houses asking for top dollar, that’s when we will probably recommend working with a local Realtor, if that is what you're going after. Our consultations are free, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask for our recommendation!

9. Do I have to make a decision immediately?

No, take all the time you need. Our goal is for you to feel 100% confident and comfortable with the details of the transaction. You're free to think about it, discuss with loved ones, or consult an attorney. There's no pressure from us. We will be here when you are ready to make a decision ☺️
